A European Union member state regulator on Tuesday revoked the MiCA authorisation of a small but well-known crypto exchange, citing repeated failures to demonstrate adequate own-funds and to remediate concerns raised in supervisory dialogues, according to a public notice. The decision is among the first MiCA licence revocations since the framework took effect.
