The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong has opened an inquiry into a licensed crypto exchange operating in the city over allegations that market-makers affiliated with the exchange engaged in coordinated pump-and-dump activity in several low-cap tokens, according to people familiar with the investigation.\n\nThe SFC declined to comment. The exchange said it is cooperating with all regulators and has not been formally charged.
